VCHA is a K-pop girl group under the management of JYP Entertainment and Republic Records, consisting of six members: Camila, Lexi, Kendall, Savanna, KG, and Kaylee. They made their debut on January 26, 2024 with the song Girls of the Year. Prior to their official debut, they predebuted on September 22, 2023 with SeVit (NEW LIGHT). The group’s name, VCHA, means “비춰” in Korean, which translates to shining light. Their fandom name is officially VLIGHTS. VCHA is unique in being the first JYP group to primarily promote in North America and use English as their primary language. The members of VCHA were chosen through the reality competition series A2K, which aired on YouTube between July 13, 2023 and September 21, 2023. Kaylee Lee, the youngest member of VCHA, was born on November 24, 2009 in Olympia, Washington. Before joining A2K, she lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At just 12 years old, she auditioned for the series. Kaylee is of Korean descent and is fluent in Korean, with her Korean name being Lee Seohee (이서희). She is a Sagittarius by Zodiac sign and an ISTJ by MBTI. Kaylee placed fifth in A2K.

Kiera Grace Madder, known by her stage name KG Crown, was born on June 17, 2007, in St. Louis, Missouri. She is the second youngest member of VCHA. She lived in Michigan until she was 13 years old, then relocated to Los Angeles, California, where she pursued a career as a singer-songwriter-musician before joining A2K. KG’s astrological sign is Gemini, and her MBTI type is ISFP. She placed second in the A2K competition.

She was raised in Coconut Creek and/or Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and has a history in gymnastics. Savanna is of Venezuelan and Trinbagonian descent and is proficient in Spanish. She is a Leo by Zodiac sign and an ISFJ by MBTI. Savanna placed fourth in A2K.

Lexus Vang, who was born on November 22, 2005, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, is the second oldest member of the VCHA and serves as the group’s leader. Before joining A2K, Lexi lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she had a ballet background. She is of Hmong descent, with a Hmong name that sounds like “Jilia.” Lexi is a Sagittarius with an MBTI of ISFP. She finished A2K in first place.
