New Vietnamese Toast Mi opened in Tacoma Washington

A Vietnamese bakery named Toast Mi has just opened in Proctor District, Tacoma City, although the coronavirus pandemic continues to rage.

This bakery has a wall with a giant bread basket that creates a highlight, under the bread basket is a classic Tourister bike. This car symbolizes the image of bread sellers often use bicycles to sell around the streets and villages in Vietnam, with the cry “crispy hot bread here!”, And this is one of the special points of Vietnam.

Toast Mi is opened by friends Liam Nguyen and Nikki Nguyen.

Bread of Toast Mi is named after the tourist destinations in Vietnam, for example Mekong is grilled pork, Sapa is fried tofu, and Dragon Bridge is commercial. In addition to the main ingredients such as meat, chopped chili, cucumber, pickles, cilantro and mayonnaise, bread at Toast Mi also comes with coriander sauce, basil, a secret spice, and homemade pate.

Each bread of Toast Mi has a crispy outer layer and soft inside. In addition, Toast Mi has up to seven types of bread to help meet the diet, vegetarian diet, low-carb diet. Not only that, the bar also serves boba, Vietnamese coffee and fresh Thai tea.
